Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship? Most orders leave the Mantra Rx headquarters within 2 - 7 business days. Currently we only offer shipping through USPS® at a flat rate cost of $13. The cost for flat rate shipping increases according to the weight of your package, which depends on how many units you buy. We will email you tracking as soon as it is available. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day. Our shipping through USPS® usually takes anywhere from 2-8 days to arrive. Currently, we're seeing more carrier delays than usual, so we'd advise you to give yourself a bit of buffer time if you need an item or a gift to arrive by a certain date. Please keep in mind, Mantra Rx is a small business, managed by one person committed to getting you your purchase as soon as possible.
What are your shipping options and costs? We currently offer 1 shipping option, Flat Rate through USPS® (2 to 8 days), Please allow 2-7 days for us to process your order. Once we have lovingly packaged your order, and dropped it off with USPS, you will receive an email from us that includes your package tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We only ship within the USA.
Do you accept returns? All sales are final on mantra-rx.com. However, if you have any issues with your purchase please email hello@mantra-rx.com and we will do everything we can to help if there is a problem with your deck!
